Community Development & Outreach Service Ministries mentors to youth regarding identity, life skills, career aspirations and small business development with access to key resources in the community. We create a safe place where youth can do homework and socialize in a non-judgmental environment.  We help the homeless, hungry, destitute, abandoned, abused, and misused who come our way. We build and nurture strong loving relationships with people and organizations in the community.
